[Notes] サステイナビリティと地域セーフティネット構築による地域再生への新しい視点を示すことを目的とし、主として伊豆地域を事例に、先進事例ともいえる九州地域や東北地域、欧米との比較により実証研究を行う。
[2]. 国立大学改革への市場システム導入の影響分析 （ 2008/4 ～ 2009/3 ） Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C) member
[Notes] 国立大学は2004年度より法人化され、市場原理が導入されることとなった。本研究は法人化前後の影響を多面的に分析することを課題とするものである。川瀬は主として国立大学法人化前後の財政分析を担当した。
[3]. 市町村統合再編後の財政-日米比較をもとに住民参加型まちづくりの可能性を探る （ 2006/4 ～ 2007/3 ） Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C) leader
[Notes] 「平成の大合併」後の自治体財政の構造的変化について検証し、コミュニティを主体とした住民参加型まちづくりや参加型予算策定の可能性を、アメリカとの比較を中心に探ることを課題としている。
[4]. 財政危機下のアメリカ州・地方財政に関する実証的研究 （ 1993/4 ～ 1995/3 ） Grant-in-Aid for Encouragement of Scientists (A) leader
[Notes] 1990年代初頭におけるアメリカの州・地方財政に焦点を当てて、財政危機の構造的要因を探ることを目的とした実証的研究。特にニューヨーク州と州内市町村の事例を中心に分析を行うこととした。
