[Notes] 多層チューブの外側チューブから内側チューブを引き出した望遠鏡構造では、一つの単層チューブにそってソース電極とドレイン電極を結ぶ経路が存在せず、電流は必ず層間を通るために、チューブ層間の相対変位が電気抵抗に大きな影響を与える。内側チューブの量子力学的運動から電子がうける非弾性散乱が電流電圧特性に与える
